This
is my first book I've read by Cari Silverwood. I have to really
question myself as a reader that has not read this author before now! I
really enjoyed the writing style from this author and BDSM content.
This was a very hot, steamy, gritty, and a disturbing of a book! Each
page I turned took it beyond what I had expected from this book. I read
this out of sequence but it didn't matter, can't wait for this fifth
novel in this series! Seize
me From Darkness is an unconventional love story and is not for the
faint of heart, and that's what makes this book so good, it just goes to
show that love truly not easy. Love is of course, scary, new,
powerful, and yes very dark. The story is based around Pieter and
Jazmine are captured by human traffickers and are to be made as
playthings for monsters that will use as entertainment. They only have
each other and start to lean on each other. As they grow closer they
start to get develop a strong BDSM relationship. I
couldn't stop reading this book and it kept me reading to find out if
these characters were going to make it out alive and what was going to
happen to them. There was never a slow moment. I thought I would get
it firgured it out and then the author surprises you with another twist
in this dark book.
I'm a big fan of dark BDSM books and this book is dark just the way I like it. I am looking forward to read more books by this author!
