The
book was rather short for my liking and I would have enjoyed a full
length novel from the start and finish to Venetia transitioning into
being a woman and see what's in the future for Roy and Venetia.
I rated His Kind of Woman by Nona Raines FOUR LEAVES!!!
For the year of
2015 I wanted to start reading books outside of my comfort zone. A
couple of things on my book bucket list is to read a gay romance and a
Transgender romance book. I have to admit the number one reason I read
this book was that I saw it was tagged as Transgender. I am very
curious to this and I couldn't wait to get my hands on this book. This
is a very sweet short romance between Venetia Varrano and Roy
Girard. The story is about Roy Girard who is tracking down Victor
Varrano, a boy in school that his brother Travis who use to bully. Roy
wants to make it right with Victor and goes to his house to talk to him
about his brother. When Roy goes to meet Victor he meets a beautiful
woman named, Venetia. We learn that Victor now Venetia has gone through
a the procedures to be a woman. The story is very touching. It's
about find coming to terms who you are how you can make yourself happy.
I loved the story between Roy and Venetia very much. The story was
very well written with and instalove that goes through some hard times
but it works out perfectly for the two of them.
