~*Synopsis*~
Don’t let my petite and innocent appearance fool you, because I’m one person you don’t want to cross. I’m Micah, the youngest member of Resurrection…If only they knew how young. My fake ID says I’m twenty-one.
And I will be…in four years.
What can I say? I blossomed early. Home sucked, so I left, determined to do something with my life.
Landing the gig as lead vocalist in the band was a dream come true. I’ve worked hard to make something of myself and nothing is going to ruin that for me.
Then He showed up.
He’s hot as hell and so into me. But he’s also twenty-five.
I don’t want to lie to him, but if the truth comes out I’ll lose everything, including him.

I rated Wicked Innocence THREE AND ONE HALF LEAVES!
I was super excited when I read the synopsis for
this book; a young girl, faking as an older woman to everyone, trying to make
it in the music world. Micah’s past isn’t clear until later in the book but
working up to the point when it’s revealed, lots of things happen. Micah has
her life going for her between her job and apartment she is content with her
life but wishes that she could make it in the music world. After an audition for
Resurrection, Micah feels this is the one gig that’s going to make her and give
her what she’s dreamed, when they tell her she has to make it through one gig
with them, she knows this is it. Running into Saxon Waite wasn’t in the plans,
finding out he’s her manager was just the icing on the cake. Saxon Waite was
once a huge deal in the music world until one fateful night he disappears and
hasn’t been heard of since. After all the rumors of what happened, Saxon is
just trying to get back into doing what he loves and managing his cousins band
is a safe way to jump back in. Saxon is attracted to Micah from the moment he
sees her but with her 7 year age difference, or what he thinks is 7, and her
singing the band he manages, he knows needs to keep away. Micah knows that she
has to try and stay away from Sax because lying to him about her age won’t just
lose him, but it will risk her shot at her dreams. Traveling on the road being
the only woman isn’t easy but traveling with Sax makes it worse and even though
giving into him was bound to happen, what comes next may not be what anyone was
expecting. Read Wicked Innocence to find out.
