Life isn’t always about fairytales and happily ever-after’s according to Seth Jordan. After having his world shattered and heartbroken beyond repair, he had always sworn off the idea of love. He was perfectly content with continuing his life with worthless one night stands and no strings attached sex. That was until one blue-eyed blonde managed to seep into places he thought were cemented shut.

Like a jack hammer, Mallory Prentice came into Seth’s life and cracked the hard exterior that surrounded his heart. She’s the one woman he was starting to feel might be worth taking a chance on.

But life doesn't always hand you the easy road. Sometimes you are constantly hit with the bad and have no hope of any good ever showing up.

Will Seth and Mallory realize that ultimately they are the ones who are in control of their life’s outcome? Will they embrace the future and fight for their own happiness, or will they keep lingering in past mistakes and let it keep them apart?

Life is all about forgiveness and second chances. Once you come to that conclusion and just go for it, there is…no going back.

“Seth,” I moan. “I need you in me. I want you in me.” I can’t hide the desperation I have for him at this very moment. I might look weak, but right now I could care less. I don’t care if he knows how vulnerable I truly am. I’m not afraid to show him that side of me. Not now anyways. He’s already seen every side of me, every side that I’ve kept hidden from anyone and everyone.
“Shhh.” He kisses his way up the center of my chest making his way to my neck. “This is what you need Mal. I’m going to show you what I feel for you by making you feel. Let me make you forget, just for tonight. Okay?” he breathes in my ear before parting my panties and pushing his finger inside where I want him most.
“Oh god,” I pant as I arch my head back, pressing it deeper into the pillow. It is as if he’s reenergizing my body between my legs, and he keeps kissing me all over and licking me as if he’s trying to savor the taste of my skin. His other hand finds its way under my head while his lips make their journey back up my body once more. He licks his way up my neck, lifts my head up, and then swipes my parted lips with his tongue before lightly biting on my bottom lip and then sucking it into his mouth. This is the kinky Seth I know, but I have a feeling that’s as rough as he’ll get tonight.
“Open your eyes,” he sweetly demands. “I want to watch you as I make you come. I want to feel your sweet pussy clenching around my fingers while I watch the way I make you feel etch its way across your beautiful face. I want to see what I do to you and afterwards I want to show you what you do to me.”
He thrusts another finger in and I instinctively close my eyes. “Open.”
I open them back up as he takes his thumb and starts working it in circles on my clit. I’m so close I can feel it, but at the same time I’m so consumed with what I see as I stare back into his ocean blue eyes. I can see so many emotions running through them — emotions I’ve never seen before.

Another great installment in the Timing is Everything series! I am usually skeptical about series' that have new couples in each book, because I always miss the old couples. But in the Timing is Everything series, we still get to read about the old couples along with the new, and they are lovely. We meet Seth and Mallory in Moving Forward. They are both connected through Jesika and Derek. They start hooking up in the first book as sex buddies, but as the story ends, some information comes out and rocks everyone's world. I cried, laughed, and was swept off my feet by Seth Jordan. My heart ached for him and Mallory!

I loved the characters in No Going Back. Seth and Mallory are the perfect match for each other. You are rooting for them from the first page! Seth Jordan... just saying his name makes me swoon! He is the lead singer of The Rifters and a womanizer, but he is not perfect. Seth is rough around the edges. He will hurt you, and he might make some dumb decisions, but his love for Mallory is unquestionable. Mallory is a wonderful heroine. I admire her sassy mouth and confidence. Even if she came from an unstable childhood and goes through a very difficult situation, she manages to live through it and learn from it. These qualities in a strong female lead create a great story.

Let's get real here. This isn't some Disney movie. Mallory and Seth's relationship is messy, passionate, and a little complicated. I believe in taking chances; I believe that everything happens for a reason. Just like with Seth and Mallory's relationship, everything happened for a reason and there is no going back from it all.

As much as I enjoyed Seth Jordan, I sort of also fell in love with the secondary love interest, Nick. (He has his own book coming out next...yay!) Overall, this story was fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good romance with steamy sex scenes.

Before I forget, I love Erika! We talk through Facebook, and I think she is the sweetest ever. I can't wait to meet her in person!

~Character Interview~

Jodie Rae: Hi Seth! Thank you so much for this interview! You have no idea what an honor it is to have you on Falling In Fall Book Blog. Thank you for gracing our blog with your sexiness ;-)

Seth Jordan: Anytime! Thanks for having me.

Jodie Rae: Let's get this party started! I feel like I know everything about you, but some of our FALLowers might not. Describe yourself in three sentences or less.

Seth Jordan: Shit. Three sentences? Are you wanting my whole life story? Just messing. Music was my life until I met Mallory. I’m stubborn as hell and will always put the people I love first…even if they don’t realize that’s what I’m doing.

Jodie Rae: How does it feel to have everyone reading about your story? I myself love you. Here I am having a fan girl moment!

Seth Jordan: No need to blush, sweet cheeks! I’m kind of a private type of guy but realized a long time ago that if I wanted my music dream to happen that privacy would become nonexistent. I do appreciate the support that I get from people and I hope that some of my life lessons have made an impact. It sucks having to learn things the hard way.

Jodie Rae: What was your first impression of Mallory Prentice?

Seth Jordan: Honestly, I had no thoughts whatsoever. The first time I really ever saw her – like really saw her — was at the benefit masquerade party. She was with that Nick douche, but that didn’t stop her from staring at me all night. I don’t know what it was about her, but I wanted to pursue her. And it wasn’t just a 100% to get into her pants…at first a good 7% wanted to get to know her…and it gradually increased.

Jodie Rae: Since music is a big part in your life, what are your top three most played songs on your iTunes?

Seth Jordan: Hmm. I’m a huge Three Days Grace, Chevelle, & 30 Seconds to Mars fan…Like huge. So, if I had to name my top three songs it’d be Chalk Outline, Face to the Floor and Up in The Air

Jodie Rae: Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Seth Jordan: I see myself headlining a huge tour with Mal by my side.

Jodie Rae: Last question! I'm an Oklahoma girl myself, so next time The Rifters are playing in Oklahoma, can I have backstage passes?

Seth Jordan: Sure, all you gotta do is show me the goods.

Jodie Rae: Thanks for stopping by Falling In Fall Book Blog! It was great meeting and chatting with you!
